I have experience in projects in agile and waterfall environments, both as a project manager and as an agile coach or Scrum Master.
As a certified Prince2 Practitioner software project manager, I am result-oriented and have successfully delivered plenty of result responsible projects. I am a Capgemini lead of the Dutch project management community, who organizes inspiring knowledge sharing and skill booster sessions.
As a SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist and Professional Scrum Master certified agile coach, I facilitate teams, handle their impediments and coach them towards an agile way of working. For the Capgemini Academy, I am a trainer of SAFe related trainings.
With 25+ years of consulting experience, I have developed a broad range of skills in agile team management, custom software development and project management. I enjoy guiding teams that deliver business value to customers in various fields of IT in the Dutch government, pension, insurance, payments, chemical, utilities, public services, automotive and telecommunication sector.
